Qi Zhi, formerly known as Yang Qizhi, a national first-class actor, born in Wafangdian City, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, was born in 1952 in Shanxi Province, joined the army in 1970, and later transferred to the Hunan Provincial Federation of Literature and Literature, where he served as the chairman and secretary general of the Hunan Qu Artists Association.

Many people know He Jingjing because she has performed sketches at the Hunan Satellite TV Spring Festival Gala and the Hunan Satellite TV Lantern Joy Party for many times, and starred in the 80 episodes of the indoor sitcom "Story Bar" of Hunan Jingshi, which had a rating of 12.7, ranking first in the national daytime TV program ratings at that time, creating a miracle of dialect comedy.
In 2004, at the 4th National Cross-Talk Sketch Contest of CCTV, He Jingjing and Zhou Weixing's sketch "Dating" won the gold award. At the previous Hunan Satellite TV Spring Festival Gala and Lantern Joy, He Jingjing and Zhou Weixing performed the sketches "Xiao Wei" and "You Are My Changjin", which were deeply loved by the audience, and she was one of the first batch of young cultural celebrities in Hunan Province and a well-known female comedian in Hunan.
