Zhang Suishan said that because of the limitations of medical technology at that time, supporting facilities were far from meeting clinical needs, and the treatment of many closed fractures and dislocation patients needed to be completed under the radiation line, and the lead coats and lead gloves at that time were even more difficult to find. The older generation of "orthopedics" are aligning the patient's orthopedic bone under the radiation line.

"I also have a lot of plans, such as shooting documentaries for experts and planning different events at various festivals." Although he is more than 50 years old, Zhang Suishan's motivation is not at all inferior to that of young people.
At the age of 52, he began to study for graduate school, and summed up the "secret book" of hospital publicity with practice.
As a qualified publicity official, Zhang Suishan said that photos alone are not enough.
"You also need to use your own words to let readers understand the story behind the photos at a deeper level." Zhang Suishan confessed that words were once his weakness.
So at the age of 52, Zhang Suishan decided to go to graduate school.
After failing the first exam, he did not give up and came back the following year.
This time, he copied 5 copies of the books and posted them in the office, car, home and other places to squeeze in time to review.
Finally, Zhang Suishan was admitted to the graduate school of literature. In the process of study, he found that the original news can also have Tang poems and Song Ci, so he carefully studied the classic works and applied the knowledge learned by the graduate students to daily news reports. In addition to the course, he will also share photography knowledge with his classmates.
"To do news, you have to have a dog nose, eagle eyes, rabbit legs, and you have to think hard and find a suitable way to do more with less." Zhang Suishan said that in many years of hospital news publicity work, he has summed up a set of his own propaganda "secrets": if there is a voice, go where you go. "Where the loud voice proves that the person concerned is more emotional, there may be news." Zhang Suishan said that this method helped him capture a lot of news moments.
