The case of Zhang Qinghe, former secretary of the Hunyuan County CPC Committee in Datong City, Shanxi Province, on suspicion of accepting bribes was investigated by the Shanxi Provincial Supervision Commission and transferred to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution. Upon referral by the Shanxi Provincial People's Procuratorate, the Xinzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate shall review and prosecute.
