The gong music celebrates the birthday of the land

The gong music celebrates the birthday of the land

Today is the birthday of the land, and the people who visit the land temple and the Fude Ancestral Hall in various districts are crowded. Flags flutter in the streets around Shalitou, and colorful traditional flower signs stand tall in front of the Land Temple, with a lively and distinctive atmosphere. Early in the morning, nearby residents, surrounded by a team of lions, went to the Mazi Street Land Temple to pay tribute to the gods and pray for safety and smoothness. Over the years, as the embodiment of traditional Chinese folklore, the Land Festival has carried nostalgia and passed down from generation to generation in the diverse city of Macau.
