Teacher Bai used the rest day to lead the students to carry out outdoor micro-expansion. She hired professional instructors to lead students to the Red Arrow Junior Military Academy. During the two-day and one-night training, the children listened to the instructor's growth process, followed the instructor to practice the equipment operation of the bazooka and rocket launcher, and in the tension and excitement, they were encouraged and conveyed tenacity and strength. The regular routine and strict discipline of the barracks have improved the children's self-care ability. The group development games "Finger Pressure Plate" and "Crossing the River and Demolishing the Bridge" exercised the students' ability to adapt and unite and cooperate. The children are particularly excited, and even the students who do not usually like to communicate will actually advise other partners. In the last "real CS" activity, the children not only showed the courage to charge and occupy the position, but also realized the importance of strategy. Interest is the best teacher. At the end of October every year, Mr. Bai's class will hold a "Halloween Party" and a "Christmas Party" in December. When Ms. Bai found that the girls were addicted to the pursuit of basketball stars, she thought: Instead of collecting posters and gossip news of the stars, it is better to let the girls participate in the game by themselves. Therefore, Teacher Bai set up a women's micro-team, asking four boys who are good at basketball to be small coaches, and she also became a member of the women's basketball team and trained with girls.
