The Shaanxi network security department investigated and found that Yu and others built a certain code platform, solicited "card merchants" to settle in, and provided 850,000 sets of mobile phone numbers and verification codes for malicious registration of network accounts for "number merchants", involving an amount of 2.3 million yuan and illegal profits of 1.4 million yuan.
V. Beijing public security organs cracked a case of a company helping information network criminal activities. The Beijing network security department investigated and found that a company developed a "cloud control" platform for managing network accounts, and provided customers with "number maintenance" services when they knew that customers used online accounts for illegal and criminal activities such as gambling and fraud, involving an amount of more than 5.5 million yuan and illegal profits of more than 3.6 million yuan.

10. Jiangsu public security organs cracked the case of Yang X and others infringing on citizens' personal information. The Jiangsu network security department investigated and found that Yang Mou and 41 other telecommunications business halls, communication stores, and bank staff took advantage of their work convenience to illegally obtain more than 42,000 sets of customers' mobile phone numbers and verification codes without the customer's knowledge, and sold them to "number merchants", involving an amount of more than 1.5 million yuan and illegal profits of more than 440,000 yuan.
