It turned out that this "snowman" who surrendered himself was none other than Yuan Qiufu, a "flower-picking thief" who was wandering through Henan and Shanxi provinces. The public security organs have been wanted for a long time, but they have not been able to find any trace of it, but they did not expect to finally arrest him in this form. The police on duty quickly called out the director Yang Qiusheng, and after some comparison, confirmed that it was not someone else who lied, and the person sitting in the interrogation room was really Yuan Qiufu himself.
