The series of "Guizhou National Precious National Ancient Books Translation" series was published in installments and distributions, and in 2017, the first series of 2 kinds was published, and the 2nd series of 3 kinds was published this time, namely "Water Book, Twenty-Eight Houses", "Water Book, Nongchen Volume", "Water Book, Sixty Jiazi Volume". The blueprint used in this series is the first batch of 28 full-color Qing Dynasty manuscripts selected for the National Ancient Books List, covering the astronomical calendar and celestial movement concept of ancient Aquariums.

It is understood that in order to do a good job in the translation of water books, Sandu County set up the Office for the Rescue and Protection of Water Books and the Declaration of Water Books to the World Memory Heritage List, and convened the organization of aquarium scholars and Mr. Water Books to sort out and translate the blueprints. As the core translator, Yang Shengzhao, in order to ensure the accuracy of the translation, organized members to visit the area where the volumes were collected many times, visited the local Mr. Shuishu, and guided and discussed the translation of the water book.

"We also encountered a lot of problems in the process of translation, and when we encountered difficulties, we went all out to organize the birthplace of Libo, Rongjiang, Dujiang and other places, found the elderly Mr. Shuishu to guide each other, and when the opinions were unified, we further completed the translation." We also invited experts and scholars from inside and outside the province to review the manuscript twice, and finally published the book. Yang Shengzhao said.

The Water Book is the "I Ching" and "Encyclopedia" of the Water Tribe, and the Water Book Classics are mainly used in the life of the Water Tribe, such as sacrifice, funeral, marriage, and construction. As an ancient cultural classic of the aquarium, the water book preserves a large number of aquarium astronomical, calendar, meteorological and religious materials, which is of great value for the study of the language and writing, social history, philosophical thought, astronomical calendar, literature and art, religious beliefs, etc. of the aquarium, and is of great significance to enhancing national self-confidence and cohesion and prospering the national culture.
