Since its launch, the "Cheers for the Olympics" project has combined Chinese culture with the Olympic spirit, and used sports as an international element to promote the exchange and integration of diverse civilizations. As an important part of the "100 Painters Painting the Winter Olympics", it has been highly valued by the International Olympic Committee. Painters from all over the country actively participated, recorded and described the Olympic Games through paintings, fixed the wonderful moments of the Olympic games, and showed the world the image of a sunny, rich, strong, open and hopeful China with colorful colors and pictures full of multi-ethnic customs, comprehensively, three-dimensionally and vividly transmitted the Beijing Winter Olympics to the world, contributing to the dissemination of the Olympic spirit and the promotion of traditional Chinese culture.
As the only participant in Zhenjiang, Jiang Dan said that he was very honored, saying that the purpose of creating this work is mainly to let the world feel our passion for ice and snow through China's unique painting expression and artistic perspective, show the Chinese sports dream and Chinese cultural charm, cheer for the Athletes of the Winter Olympics, and share the 2022 Beijing Ice and Snow Feast.
