On December 27, 2017, Jin Company and Bauhinia Hotel signed the "Lease Contract for Housing and Its Ancillary Equipment", and the two parties agreed that Bauhinia Hotel would lease the house of Jin Mou Company for hotel operation. During the lease period, The Bauhinia Hotel defaulted on the rent of a company in jin, resulting in a dispute between the two parties, and the company sued the court. The court of second instance ruled that Bauhinia Hotel paid the arrears of rent and late fees to Jin Company. After the judgment took effect, Bauhinia Hotel failed to perform its judgment obligations, and Jin Company applied to the court for compulsory enforcement on October 9, 2021. In the early stage of enforcement, the Oriental Court ordered the person subject to enforcement to take the initiative to perform the obligation, but the person subject to enforcement refused to perform, and the hotel operated as usual, deliberately evading the court's enforcement, so it decided to enforce the hotel.
In order to be able to smoothly execute the case, the Eastern Court formulated a detailed enforcement plan in advance, set up an enforcement action leading group, and at the same time carefully deployed, clarified responsibilities, and made full preparations. At the execution site, the Oriental Court invited the Municipal People's Congress, the Political and Legal Committee, the Procuratorate and other staff to supervise the implementation on the spot, and contacted the fire personnel to assist in the work, and with the joint cooperation of many units, the Oriental Court successfully completed the inventory of the hotel items involved in the case.
