It is reported that the BOE f-OLED flexible "N" folding display prototype, equipped with a flexible AMOLED display with an original size of 12.3 inches, can become 8.6 inches after undergoing an external folding fold, and then become a 5.6-inch super portable form after undergoing an internal folding fold.
When the flexible screen is fully expanded, it can be used as a wide-format entertainment and work platform, and information such as audio-visual, games, schedules, notes, emails, contacts, etc. can be presented in front of the user on the whole screen, and support multiple application windows to display on the same screen, eliminating the trouble of repeatedly switching programs. When the first section of the flexible screen is stored (only folded out), the landscape work platform can be easily transformed into a vertical conferencing and video calling platform.
When the display is fully stored (outer fold + inner fold), the fuselage can be transformed into a portable device with a thickness of 2 cm and a size of 5.6 inches, which can be easily stored in the coat pocket.
