Who is she?

Feng County is located in the northwest corner of Jiangsu Province, under the administration of Xuzhou City. The reporter saw in Feng County that the name used on the birth control operation certificate in 1999 was "Yang Mouying", and the date of birth was "June 76"; the fake ID card made in 2011 also used this name. However, on the marriage certificate is "Yang Mouxia", the date of birth is "June 6, 1969"; in 2021, the collective household registration and ID card handled by the Huankou Police Station are registered as "Yang Mouxia". The police investigation determined that these names were all the same person and were arbitrarily made up in the process of handling the certificate.

So, who is she with a mental disorder and where does she come from? The Xuzhou Municipal Public Security Organ organized a police investigation, and the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department and the Ministry of Public Security successively sent people to support her, and finally verified that her real name was Xiao huamei, who was originally from Yagu Village, Fugong County, Yunnan Province, and later married to Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, and returned to Yagu Village after divorcing in 1997.

Wang Qiaoquan, vice mayor of Xuzhou City and director of the Public Security Bureau, told reporters that when the police checked the marriage registration files of the parties, they found that the "marital status certificate" contained the words "Yagu Village, Fugong County". By identifying the accent, the linguists found that the dialect spoken was a minority language, and learned clues such as "Hongqi Primary School" from its only words. After being confirmed by many clues, the police preliminarily determined that "Yang Mouxia" was from Yagu Village, Fugong County, Yunnan Province.

According to the police, the case-handling personnel went to Yagu Village, took the marriage registration photos and real-life photos of "Yang Mouxia", and put them together with other people's photos for the relevant personnel to identify, and found that it may be a clue of Xiaohuamei. Subsequently, the police went to Henan according to the household registration book and the clues of the investigation visit to find Xiaohuamei's half-sister Guang Mouying (formerly known as Hua Mouying) and obtained the clothes left by Xiaohuamei's mother. Dong Moumin said that Yang Mouxia had told him that her hometown was in Yagu Village, Fugong County, Yunnan Province. According to Dong Mougang (Yang Mouxia's eldest son), when he was a child, his mother sometimes picked him up and dropped him off from school. According to Dong Moumin's relatives, after Yang Mouxia gave birth to his third son in 2012, the symptoms of mental disorders gradually worsened. On January 30, 2022, after consultation with medical experts in Xuzhou City, Yang Mouxia was diagnosed with schizophrenia. On February 19, after the judicial appraisal of the judicial laboratory of Nanjing Brain Hospital, it was concluded that Yang Mouxia suffered from schizophrenia, which was affected by the current mental state and it was difficult to contact and communicate normally. The results of the admission examination showed that Yang Mouxia did not find any other diseases except mental and dental diseases. On February 4, stomatology experts in Xuzhou City conducted oral examination and CBCT reading of Yang Mouxia, believing that Yang Mouxia's oral hygiene was poor for a long time, suffering from periodontal disease, no treatment, and some teeth gradually fell out. On February 9, experts from Nanjing Stomatological Hospital re-diagnosed that Yang Mouxia suffered from severe chronic periodontitis and believed that severe periodontitis could cause loose teeth to fall out.
