The Queen Elizabeth Competition (Dutch: Koningin Elisabethwedstrijd, French: Concours Music International Reine Élisabeth) is an international competition for professional musicians held in Brussels. The competition is named after Queen Elizabeth of Belgium (1876–1965).

This is a contest for classical violinists (from 1937 to the present), pianists (from 1938 to the present), singers (from 1988 to the present) and cellists (from 2017 to the present). It has also hosted the International Composers Competition from 1953 to 2012. The current patron is Queen Mathilde of Belgium.
Since its inception, it is considered one of the most challenging and prestigious competitions for instrumentalists. The Queen Elizabeth Competition in 1957 was a founding member of the World Federation of International Music Competitions.
