After deliberation at the 111th executive meeting of the autonomous regional people's government, it was decided that Wang Kaishan and 39 other comrades would enjoy special allowances from the autonomous regional government in 2021. It is hereby announced and notified of the relevant matters as follows:
1. All persons who enjoy special allowances from the government of the autonomous region shall be awarded an honorary certificate of special allowances from the government of the autonomous region. From January 2022, each person will be granted a monthly allowance of 300 yuan for a period of 5 years and is exempt from personal income tax. The necessary expenses shall be paid from the autonomous region's talent work funds.
Second, the special allowance system of the autonomous regional government is an important measure to strengthen the construction of high-level and high-skilled talents, implement the strategy of strengthening the talent zone in the new era, and promote innovation-driven development.
