The first electric news, Weipai's most expensive new car mocha DHT-PHEV will be officially launched on March 1. The new car has already opened pre-sale on January 14, launching two configurations with prices of 299,000 yuan and 315,000 yuan respectively.
The new car is positioned as a medium-sized SUV, which will be equipped with a long-endurance intelligent DHT PHEV architecture, with a pure electric cruising range of 204 kilometers, a comprehensive fuel consumption of 0.45 liters per 100 kilometers, and an acceleration of 4.8 seconds per 100 kilometers.
Great Wall Motor's emphasis on hybrid tracks is not difficult to understand, and hybridization is an important transformation direction for traditional fuel vehicles in the future. The "Energy-saving and New Energy Vehicle Technology Roadmap 2.0" released in October 2020 proposes that by 2025, the proportion of domestic hybrid new vehicle sales in traditional vehicles should reach 50%; by 2035, the proportion of new energy vehicles should reach 50%, and other fuel vehicles will also be hybridized.
From the price point of view, mocha DHT-PHEV makes the price of Wei brand models reach the level of 300,000 yuan for the first time, entering the real luxury car market range. Prior to this, the most expensive model of Weipai was the Mocha (fuel), which was priced in the range of 187,800 to 223,800 yuan.
In terms of intelligent configuration, Mocha DHT-PHEV has a four-screen linkage pattern of air conditioning touch screen, 14.6-inch large screen of the car machine, LCD instrument screen and head-up display, which is a more concise and relaxed interior style of the whole vehicle. And most of the operations can be controlled by intelligent AI Xiaowei students, enhancing the interaction between people and vehicles, making driving more interesting, and making intelligence understand you better.
It is worth mentioning that Mocha DHT-PHEV will synchronize with the recent OTA upgrade, which includes the addition of 20 seconds of continuous dialogue and visible speaking functions, optimizing the sliding screen experience of the main screen of the car, and adding steering wheel driving mode switching.
Compared with the fuel version, the lemon hybrid DHT system used by the Mocha DHT-PHEV is the most significant technical feature of the car. Lemon hybrid DHT technology was released by Great Wall Motor at the end of 2020 and involves a hybrid system, HEV (oil-electric hybrid) and PHEV (plug-in hybrid) two power architectures, and three sets of powertrains.
The Mocha plug-in hybrid version is equipped with a 39.67kWh power battery, of which the two-wheel drive version of the WLC pure electric endurance can reach 204km, the comprehensive endurance is 1000+km, and the fuel consumption of 100 km is 5.55L; the four-wheel drive model has an acceleration time of 0-100km/h of 4.8s, and the fuel consumption of 100 km is 6.3L.
In addition, the new car also supports 60kW DC fast charging, and it takes only 25 minutes to charge from 10% to 80% at room temperature.
