Based on this, THEMAG Group plans to participate in CHINAPLAS 2022, which will be held in Shanghai, Chinaplas 2022 from April 25 to 28, 2022, with a booth area of more than 120 square meters (Hall 2.1, Booth F82). 1. PEARLO 350 EAC underwater granulator with liquid heating template, high yield. Designed for high-capacity pure polymer production up to 18,000 kg/h, the PEARLO 350 EAC pelletizer offers a unique blade design and a pellet chamber optimized for water and material flow to provide ideal and uniform cooling with perfect particle quality. Another innovative design feature of PEARLO is its tool feed system, which allows the knife shaft to move axially, enabling precise tool entry and the ability to re-grind the insert during production, thus increasing the utilization of the equipment and extending production uptime, resulting in cost savings.

2. MaAG Ettlinger ERF 350 is a high-performance melt filter that can be used to filter heavily contaminated polymer feedstocks. The filter uses a rotary porous filter drum for self-cleaning, with melt constantly flowing in from the outside in. The scraper removes contaminants remaining on the surface and sends them to the discharge system so that the filter can operate fully automatically and without interruption, without the need to replace the filter. The advantages are: reliable melt filtration, minimal melt loss and good melt mixing and homogenization.

3. Innovations in wire granulation – PRIMO Plus Flex:

(1) The shortest non-guide length and increased rotor diameter, on the one hand, the torque can be increased, and on the other hand, better particle quality can be obtained;

(2) Production capacity up to 5000 kg / h;

(3) Due to the high utilization rate of the equipment and the use of wear-resistant tools, it is profitable;

(4) PRIMO Plus is the first choice for reliable dry-cut wire granulation processes for applications such as base polymer granulation, recycled products, and processing particle lengths ranging from microns to LGF, or ETP.

All of the Maag Group's extrex gear pumps with the x6-stage design have been completely remodeled, redesigning components ranging from shafts to bearings and seals, while optimizing the interaction between components.
