On February 15th, the 2022 Annual Work Conference of Founder Group with the theme of "Renewing, Integrating together to the Future" was held in Beijing. Guo Dayong, head of the Founder Group Manager Working Group, was invited to attend the meeting, and Xie Yonglin, General Manager and Co-CEO of Ping An Group, and Lu Jun, General Manager of Post-investment Management of Ping An Group and Chairman of New Founder, attended the meeting and spoke on behalf of investors. Du Peng, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Ping An Group, Guo Jin, chairman of Zhuhai Huafa Entity Industry Investment Holding Co., Ltd., Dai Wei, general manager of Ping An Trust, and other investor representatives attended the meeting.

Xie Yonglin put forward the "five ones" requirements for the work of Founder Group in 2022. First, we must adhere to the "one goal" to ensure that founder group operations return to the right track and ensure the success of project reorganization, this goal will never waver; second, we must integrate into "one team", strengthen mutual understanding between the two sides, learn from each other's strengths, and complement each other's advantages; third, we must focus on "one direction", repair the value of each plate, and orderly promote the implementation of the reorganization; fourth, we must establish a "set of mechanisms" to use the common performance management culture as a standard to motivate the team to speed up the value restoration work; fifth, we must focus on "one plan" and "project-based, list-based, "Responsibility" to promote the implementation of management and reorganization and other work.
Lu Jun fully affirmed the results of close cooperation and integration between investors and Founder Group in the past 6 months with the strong support of the manager, and proposed four deployments for the next step, that is, in accordance with the requirements of the "Five Ones", to accelerate the progress of the reorganization work, continuously improve the integration of work, pay close attention to the implementation of operational efficiency, build a risk control work system, and strengthen and promote the integration between the direct production companies. Lu Jun expressed the good expectations of the Fangzheng Group with "No Pole Tailai", hoping that every Founder would be fully prepared, forge ahead in spite of difficulties, and work together with investors and managers to create a new situation!
In the report session, Xie Kehai, President and CEO of Founder Group, made the "Annual Work Report of Founder Group" on behalf of the Executive Committee of Founder Group. In 2021, under the multiple challenges of the external environment and under the strong leadership of managers and investors, Founder Group has made steady progress in operation, orderly reorganization and implementation, initial results in integration, and value restoration work has been fully launched.
The meeting called on all Founder people to unify their thinking, renew their thinking, strengthen integration, put management first, enhance their sense of urgency, improve their sense of responsibility, enhance their execution, and strengthen their results. Shi Hua, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Founder Group, publicized the 2022 appraisal work. The industrial groups and directly managed enterprises of Founder Group also reported on the 2021 operating results and 2022 work plans respectively.
Founder Group managers, relevant representatives of investors, members of founder group management and heads of various functional departments, and relevant responsible persons of various production units attended the meeting.
