Later, in order to completely solve the traffic safety of Laoyifei Road and avoid duplicate investment, through repeated argumentation, it is proposed to incorporate this section of the road into the construction of the road infrastructure of the Caiba Group for priority implementation, comprehensively upgrade and transform, and put into one-time implementation, so that Laoyifei Road can achieve safer traffic, smoother, more beautiful landscape and longer service life.
The construction section begins at the Minjiang Bridge and ends at the Minjiang Second Bridge. The total reconstruction distance is about 2.6 kilometers, and the conditions for opening to traffic have been reached in early 2022, and the specific opening time will be released by the relevant departments. After the opening of the old city to Caiba, it only takes about ten minutes, and those who enter the old city from caiba to the old city or return to Caiba from the old city do not all go through the two-way bridge, which effectively alleviates the traffic of the two-way bridge and makes it less congested.
