In order to accurately serve enterprises and effectively solve the problem of enterprise law popularization, the Municipal People's Procuratorate has sent 42 people to go deep into enterprises to carry out the "opening red" activity of helping enterprises. Procurators have a detailed understanding of the business conditions and development plans of enterprises during the normalization period of epidemic prevention and control, promptly summarize the 13 operational problems reflected by enterprises, reply and feedback at the first time, and track the resolution of problems. After analyzing and judging the legal problems, policy blind spots and other relevant contents involved in the operation and management process of enterprises, the Municipal People's Procuratorate combined with the practice of handling cases involving enterprises, and arranged personnel to compile and print the "Guidelines for the Prevention of Common Criminal Legal Risks in Private Enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines").
In an intuitive and easy-to-understand form, the Guide sorts out and produces five major types of enterprise-related criminal legal risk point structure maps of enterprise operation, liability accidents, intellectual property protection, tax-related and unit crimes. In light of the five major types of criminal legal risks, 25 criminal cases involving enterprises were selected nationwide, accompanied by guidelines for the analysis of legal provisions, tips on enterprise risk points, suggestions for prevention and control, and reminders from procurators, to guide enterprises to further strengthen their awareness of criminal compliance, enhance their ability to prevent and control criminal legal risks, and establish and improve criminal legal risk prevention and control mechanisms. Over the past few days, the procurators of the Municipal People's Procuratorate have visited enterprises and communities non-stop, and distributed a total of 714 copies of the "Guide" to the enterprise community affiliated units and more than 360 enterprises. In addition to compiling and issuing guidelines for risk prevention of enterprises, the Municipal People's Procuratorate also jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting and Improving the Legal Supervision Channel for "Protecting Enterprises and Serving Workers"", closely following the goal and task of "optimizing the business environment", and taking 9 service measures such as opening up green channels, helping safe production, and carrying out special supervision to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises.
