Guangzhou Baoying Commercial Plaza is located in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, which was built by Guangzhou Development Zone Investment Group Co., Ltd. with an investment of 350 million yuan, with a total construction area of 49,000 square meters and a building height of 99 meters. After the completion of the project, it will become a landmark building in the free trade zone, and the preferred place for catering, entertainment, leisure and socializing for the masses in the western district of guangzhou free trade zone and the western area of the development zone, adding a touch of color to the beautiful Guangzhou.

The project is large in scale, the air conditioning cooling time is long, and the customer has put forward strict requirements for the comfort, energy saving, stability and reliability of the air conditioning system, and the degree of automation.
Through year-round load simulation, optimization of equipment selection, operation strategy design, adjustment tracking optimization, data monitoring expert diagnosis, Gree Central Air Conditioning has created a set of efficient computer room solutions tailored for the Guangzhou Baoying Commercial Plaza project. High standards and refinements are carried out at every step of the project to ensure the overall energy efficiency of the refrigeration room EER≥ 5.0 (w/w). Compared with conventional computer rooms, the energy saving rate is 40%, and it is expected to save more than 600,000 yuan in operating costs per year.
The high-efficiency refrigeration machine room, the main equipment has been optimized, using 2 sets of 500RT permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion centrifugal units and 2 sets of 200RT permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion screw unit for cooling; 3 sets of 130KW air-cooled heat pump units in the summer with cold peak period for cooling, winter heating; 3 sets of 80KW air energy hot water units to provide a matching scheme for domestic hot water throughout the year. The operation strategy can be automatically adjusted according to the load demand of the commercial square, ensuring that the refrigeration machine room runs in the high efficiency range at different load rates, and the energy saving effect is better.
