1. Basic requirements for candidates
(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

(4) The professional or skill requirements required for the post;
(5) Age requirements for fresh college graduates: 18 years old, undergraduates not more than 24 years old (born after February 1, 1997), master's students not more than 27 years old (born after February 1, 1994), doctoral students not more than 35 years old (born after February 1, 1986); social personnel age requirements: current affairs report magazine editor post, China Film Archive research post is not more than 40 years old (born after February 1, 1981), Not more than 35 years old in other positions (born after February 1, 1986);

2. Scope of recruitment
(1) Recruitment of fresh graduate positions: The recruitment target must be non-targeted fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities nationwide in 2022 (excluding commission training and military academies, generally should obtain relevant academic qualifications and degrees before the end of July 2022, including college graduates who have not implemented work units during the two-year career selection period). Candidates who take all the courses taken during the school period are qualified, there is no record of supplementary examinations, and they must obtain the academic degree certificate corresponding to the highest academic qualification when graduating; the professional requirements of the post are the highest academic qualifications corresponding to the major that the candidate will obtain. Among them, the source of students in Beijing refers to students who are registered as permanent residents of Beijing before enrolling in colleges and universities and do not need to settle in Beijing. Overseas students must meet the requirements of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education on the employment registration and settlement policy requirements of overseas students.
Candidates from the source of students in Beijing can apply for qualified positions of students from outside Beijing.
(2) Recruitment of social personnel posts: the candidates have all passed the courses taken during the school period, there is no record of supplementary examinations, and they have obtained the academic degree certificate corresponding to the highest academic qualifications when they graduate; the professional requirements of the post are the highest academic qualifications corresponding to the majors that the applicant has obtained. Social personnel must have a household registration of the permanent population of Beijing Municipality.
3. Recruitment positions and conditions
The 22 units directly under the Central Propaganda Department, including the History Exhibition Hall of the Communist Party of China, plan to recruit 88 staff. 4. Recruitment procedures
(1) Registration. Interested candidates should visit the public recruitment service platform of public institutions affiliated to the central and state organs, the China Civilization Network, and the learning platform of learning to strengthen the country, and from now until 17:00 on March 11, fill in the "2022 Open Recruitment Application Form for Units Directly Under the Central Propaganda Department" as required and submit it to the registration mailbox of the unit where they are applying.
(2) Qualification review. (4) Physical examination. According to the proportion of 50% of the written test and interview scores, the comprehensive score is calculated, and the physical examination personnel are determined according to the 1:1 ratio according to the order of the comprehensive score from high to low, and the physical examination is organized to the relevant hospital, and the physical examination cost is borne by the employer. If you give up your qualifications or fail to pass the physical examination, you will be made up in order according to the comprehensive results.
(5) Inspection. Among the qualified personnel for physical examination, the shortlisted inspectors are determined according to the ratio of 1:1 and go to the school or unit for inspection. If the qualification is abandoned or the examination is unqualified, it will be made up in the order of comprehensive score from high to low among the qualified personnel for physical examination.
(6) Publicity. According to the comprehensive results, physical examination, and inspection, the list of personnel to be hired is studied and determined, and the public recruitment service platform of the public institutions affiliated to the central and state organs and the China Civilization Network is announced for 7 working days.
(7) Signing of agreements. Where there is no problem at the expiration of the publicity period, an agreement shall be signed in accordance with provisions and relevant formalities shall be completed. Open recruiters shall implement a probationary period system, and those who pass the probationary period shall be formally hired with a minimum service period of 5 years;
