5. Increase the capital of non-commissioned officers

6. Apply for military schools and promote cadres

7. Guaranteed admission

11. Retired college student soldiers are exempted from the examination

12. Extra points for examination and research
Fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities participate in the national master's degree admission examination within 3 years after enlisting in the military to serve in compulsory military service, and the total score of the initial examination is increased by 10 points, and priority is given to admission under the same conditions; those who have won the second class merit or above in the army and meet the requirements for graduate school registration can be exempted from the examination (referring to the initial examination) to study for master's degree.
13. Public recruitment is given priority and work arrangements are arranged
