On September 26, 1929, Hai Bao was born, when Lu Xun was 48 years old, middle-aged and had a son, and his love for the child was conceivable. Some guests thought that Lu Xun doted on sea babies, so they whispered. Therefore, on December 31, 1932, Lu Xun wrote the poem "Answering the Curse of the Guest": "Ruthlessness may not be true Haojie, how pitiful is not a husband." Those who know whether the wind is roaring or not, when they look back, they look smaller than sustenance. This poem uses the inscription poem of the first talent of daming, Xie Jin, "Gu Biaotu of the Fierce Tiger": "The tiger is a hundred beasts, who dares to touch its anger." Only father-son affection, step by step, review. ”

He quotes two allusions in the poem, one is from the Warring States Policy, Empress Zhao said: "Husband also loves to pity his young son. The second is the "Chu people... It is said that yu Yu Yu. "The roarer refers to the big tiger, and the smaller one refers to the little tiger. The tiger is the king of the beasts, known for its ferocity, but there is a proverb that "the tiger poisons the child".

Lu Xun not only answered the ridicule of some people, but also clarified the philosophy of life that "ruthlessness may not be true haojie". The fierce tiger shows its loving side here, and Lu Xun is a warrior and a father, in order to show his compassion for the child. In the face of the enemy's slander and the incomprehension of his friends, he wanted to show his usual "human nature" so clearly.

In Lu Xun's mind, the tiger is a strong and courageous animal, a symbol of strength and pride, it may have gentle care, but there is no slightest servility, this spirit is exactly what he appreciates. He hopes that the next generation can stand up the backbone, brave the difficulties, bravely move forward, and break out of a way of life in the thorny bushes, which is the hope of the nation.

Lu Xun also liked to use the "wildness" of animal instincts as a metaphor for "national nature" in his lectures, and he said to his classmates: "If they are given a lion-tiger education, they can use their claws and teeth to give an education of cattle and sheep, and they will use a pair of poor horns when they are in danger." But what kind of education we are giving, even if we can't have a small horn, then great trouble is coming, and only the rabbit can escape. "The bison becomes the domestic cow, the wild boar becomes the pig, the wolf becomes the dog, and the wildness disappears, but it is enough to make the shepherd like it, and it is not good in itself."

Lu Xun said: "I am always like a beast, injured, so I turn around and burrow into the grass, lick off the blood, and at most I will moan a few times." The Japanese scholar Masuda shigeru said that Lu Xun gave him the impression of being like a "wounded wolf," a statement that was widely accepted. The famous scholar Qian Liqun made a more direct judgment: "Lu Xun is a wounded wolf. Until the 1990s, there was also a treatise on Lu Xun, the title of which was "Wild Wolf in the Wilderness.".

From May 1924 to August 1926, Lu Xun lived in Beijing's Xisanjo apartment, where he designed and built a flat-roofed hut behind the courtyard as his bedroom and study, which he jokingly called "Tiger Tail". During this period, Lu Xun and Xu Guangping talked about the two major problems of "wrong way" and "poor way" in their correspondence. He said, "If I meet a tiger, I will climb up the tree, and when it is hungry, I will come down, and if it does not go, I will starve myself to death in the tree, and first tie it with a belt, and I will never give it a dead body to eat." But what if there were no trees? Then, there is no way, so you have to ask it to eat, but you may as well take a bite of it. ”

In his later years, Lu Xun's thinking about this kind of "feeding the tiger with his body" appeared even more grim, and at the same time expressed the ambition of the lion, tiger, eagle and falcon. In 1936, he wrote in the "Half Summer Collection": "If my flesh and blood should be fed to animals, I would rather feed the lion, tiger, eagle and falcon, but I will not eat it at all for the leper dogs." Fattened lions, tigers and falcons, they are magnificent in the sky, rock corners, deserts, bushes, captured and placed in the zoo, killed to make specimens, but also let people see the gods, eliminate the heart of miserliness. ”

This is a "warrior" who is constantly declaring war on the old world, and despite the difficult situation, the tiger's power is undiminished.
