Every year, according to the actual situation of agricultural production and the problems existing in production, Zhao Lijuan leads the technical personnel to carry out experimental research in a targeted manner, and insists on investigating various data on time, rain or shine. The annual "May Day" and "Eleventh" Golden Week is the best time for people to go out to relax and relax, and this is the busiest time for her. "May Day" is the season of rural sowing, but also the best time for experimental research projects to sow, up to half a month she is in the field, early out and late return, directing scientific researchers to carry out the design and sowing of test sites; "Eleven" is the season of crop harvesting, but also when scientific and technological personnel harvest fruits, the experimental projects undertaken to test the yield of one variety and one variety, one field block after another to investigate, after the completion of the field survey, but also to scientifically analyze and summarize the results of the experimental research results.

In 2008, the project "Construction of 10,000 Hectares of Corn Ultra-High Yield Standard Grain Field" that she presided over won the first prize of the Jilin Provincial Government's Agricultural Technology Promotion Achievements, and the promotion area of this technology reached 20,000 hectares, with a total increase of 44 million kilograms of grain production and a net income increase of 55 million yuan.
