Zhao Lijuan, born on February 11, 1964, joined the Communist Party of China in July 1990. He is currently the secretary of Lishu County Agricultural Technology Extension Station. In 2015, he enjoyed the special allowance of the State Council. In 2014, he was awarded the thirteenth batch of young and middle-aged professional and technical talents with outstanding contributions by the provincial government, in 2013 he was awarded the "third-level candidate of the fourth batch of top-notch innovative talents in Jilin Province" by the provincial government, in 2010 and 2013, he was rated as the outstanding expert of Siping City, in 2010, he was awarded the National Advanced Worker of Grain Production by the Ministry of Agriculture, in 2009 he was awarded the Shennei Fund Agricultural Technology Promotion Award by the China Agricultural Science and Education Foundation, and he was awarded the Provincial, Municipal, and Agricultural Technology Promotion Award by the Provincial, Municipal, and Municipal Governments for many consecutive years. The county agricultural department (bureau) was rated as an advanced individual.
On July 22, 2020, General Secretary Xi Jinping came to Lishu County, Jilin Province, which is known as the Pearl of Songliao, and inspected the core demonstration area of the national million mu green food raw material (corn) standardization production base in Lishu County. Since 2007, Zhao Lijuan and her colleagues have begun to explore the protective tillage technology with corn straw mulching and mechanized production technology as the core, exploring the "pear tree model" and being affirmed by the general secretary.
Zhao Lijuan is concerned about the countryside, agriculture, and farmers. Her mobile phone is always turned on 24 hours a day, and farmers in more than 300 villages in 21 townships in the county have any problems in planting and production, as long as they find her, no matter how far away she is, no matter the wind or rain, she will find ways to help solve it. Every year, the "May Day" and "Eleventh" Golden Weeks are the best times for people to go out to relax and vacation, and this is the busiest time for her. The experimental project undertaken to undertake is to measure the yield of one variety and one variety, and to investigate one field block at a time. In her daughter's memory, her mother is always busy, can't find a little memory of her mother playing with her, or taking her to the park, from a young age, her daughter knows that her mother is first of all "public family", and then her own mother, so the sensible daughter never pesters her mother.
Over the past few years, she has led scientific and technological personnel to complete more than 100 experimental research projects. She has participated in the completion of 20 projects that have won provincial and municipal scientific and technological achievement awards. "Research on the Law of Microbial Fauna Change and Regulation Technology of Soil For Conservation Tillage" was identified as the scientific and technological achievements of Jilin Province, and "Research on the Construction Technology of Maize Ultra-high Yield Platform in Semi-humid Areas" was identified as the scientific and technological achievements of Jilin Province, and these projects played an important role in agricultural production.
Zhao Lijuan has the courage to open up and innovate in the promotion of agricultural technology. In 2013, the scientific and technological demonstration households under her personal guidance achieved the production of tons of grain fields per mu and won the first place in the four northeastern provinces and regions. Ten projects received awards from the Ministry of Agriculture, 32 received provincial awards and 11 received municipal awards. Over the years, she has compiled a total of 15 popular science textbooks, totaling 750,000 words.
