IEX is an emerging stock exchange in the United States, and in 2012 it established its headquarters in New York, USA. IEX wants to attract investors and listed companies through all-out efforts, and wants to break the monopoly of the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ, so it wants to achieve the idea of attracting top talent through office decoration design space.
IEX's mission is to make the stock market transparent and responsible, and their team is full of the same sense of mission that Silicon Valley's famous tech companies have, which is what the IEX team wants to do. The fast-growing company needed a larger office design space to support their social mission, so they chose the World Trade Center in New York as their new headquarters.
IEX hopes that the new office renovation design headquarters will allow visiting Goose Lake and companies to be listed on IEX to experience a different and shocking journey. So the design team and the design team of IEX communicated in detail to create a space full of charm, fun, open cityscape and flexible facilities. Featured spaces include a multimedia area of the studio, a fitness center, a trading command center and a space to ring the bell to celebrate.
The main reason the client wanted to expand the office fit-out design was to want to have a large meeting space, so the design team created a strategic floorplan with a lot of flexible space that could be transformed into a meeting event space according to the needs of the work. Although the company's executives and employees work together in open-plan offices, several small offices are planned along the perimeter and interior of the building for client meetings and confidential business negotiations.
