Food safety is heavier than Taishan. In order to conscientiously implement and timely do a good job in the production and prevention of food safety in enterprises, further improve the ability and level of food safety protection of enterprises, and enhance the awareness of food safety of employees, on February 16, Shengtang Dairy organized the first special training meeting of the Food Safety Law of this year. The training was attended by Liu Bin, the quality authorized person of the enterprise, as the main lecturer, and about 135 leaders and employees of various departments of the enterprise participated.
After two reviews and three drafts, the new Food Safety Law was adopted on April 24, 2015, and officially implemented on October 1, 2015, which can be called the "strictest food safety law in history", which has increased from the original 104 articles to 154 articles, reaching 70% of the substantive amendments, of which there are many highlights.
At the training meeting, Liu Bin, the quality authorized person, made a detailed interpretation of the Food Safety Law and related management regulations and systems, focused on the regulations and rules related to dairy products for the actual production and operation of enterprises, and carried out vivid analysis in combination with actual cases, so that the trainees could have a deeper understanding of these boring laws and regulations.
Subsequently, a "classroom test" also made the staff feel a lot, a novel feeling of returning to the campus classroom, and at the same time, the test also made us remember the Food Safety Law more deeply.
In fact, enterprises will regularly carry out training on food safety law and related knowledge every year, and hold special meetings for the weak links of enterprises, formulate corresponding food safety management systems, and ensure that personnel in various positions can safely produce safety, safety testing, safe sales, and healthy Chinese people.
Through training, we will further improve the safety awareness, responsibility awareness and risk awareness of enterprise employees, and promote enterprises to establish a long-term food safety management mechanism.
