I. Scope of reporting and reward standards: Clues to illegal activities such as reporting overseas smuggling into Guizhou, organizers, participants, and hidden recipients of illegal entry personnel, which the public security organs have not yet grasped and are verified to be true, will be rewarded with 10,000 yuan per clue.
II. Implement a reward mechanism for the first report of reporting leads, and where relevant leads have already received similar rewards from other departments, the rewards are not to be repeated; where different personnel report the same lead to the relevant departments, a reward person (unit) is to be determined in the order of reporting, and the order of reporting is subject to the recording time of accepting the reporting leads.
III. Public security organs protect whistleblowers' personal information and security in accordance with law, strictly keeping whistleblowers' information confidential, and pursuing legal responsibility for malicious reporting or framing of others. Those who threaten or retaliate against whistleblowers are to be severely punished in accordance with law.
