After the Xingping Municipal People's Procuratorate discovered the clues of the case, it immediately performed its duties, formulated and issued procuratorial suggestions in a timely manner, urged relevant departments to join hands to control the ecological environment of the Weihe River Embankment Road, helped to build a "net red land" for Xingping tourism, and provided procuratorial products for the people's demand for a better life.
It is reported that the Xingping Municipal People's Procuratorate has filed 8 cases of public interest litigation this year, ranking the forefront of the Xianyang Municipal Procuratorate. In the next step, public interest litigation work will continue to increase efforts, and jointly carry out activities with criminal prosecution, uninspected, judicial police and other departments to jointly build the Xingping procuratorial public interest litigation brand, jointly protect the blue sky and green water, and create a good legal environment for the high-quality economic and social development of Xingping.
