Synopsis
This book brings together Professor Tan Guilin's eighteen academic papers on Lu Xun's research in the past ten years, covering the relationship between Lu Xun and traditional cultures such as Confucianism and Buddhism, Lu Xun's expositions on national beliefs, bioethics and other issues, creative writings on themes such as childhood, vernacularity, enlightenment, wandering, and revenge in Lu Xun literature, and comments on the achievements of Lu Xun research scholars at home and abroad, such as Ito Tiger Maru, Maruo Changxi, Wang Furen, Yang Yi, wang Hui, etc. These articles have been published publicly, and some have been published in university journals and academic journals. Some of them are contained in the collection of papers, which can be described as the academic essence of the author Lu Xun's research. The appendix contains three papers by the author more than 20 years ago, which can be regarded as a stepping stone to the author's Research on Lu Xun, a memorial for the author, and may inspire young scholars.
About the author
Tan Guilin, a native of Leiyang, Hunan, born in 1959, doctor of literature. Professor of college of liberal arts of Nanjing Normal University, doctoral supervisor. Jiang Scholar Distinguished Professor of the Ministry of Education (2012), Expert of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council, Subject Review Expert of the National Social Science Foundation, Vice President of the China Lu Xun Research Association, President of the Lu Xun Research Association of Jiangsu Province.
