30 parcels of land have been sold in the start-up area

The starting area of Guangzhou International Financial City starts from Keyun Road in the west, Chebei Road in the east, Huangpu Avenue in the north and the Pearl River shoreline in the south, with a total land area of 1.32 square kilometers and a planned gross floor area of 5.069 million square meters. The start-up area focuses on building the core area of digital finance headquarters, which is an important part of the Guangzhou Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy Pilot Zone, and the construction was fully launched in 2015.

After the completion of the construction of the start-up area of the Financial City, it will provide about 4.6 million square meters of industrial area (including underground commercial area), generating an output value of about 120 billion yuan, and becoming a new engine for economic growth in Guangzhou and Tianhe District.

Cao Jianqiang, deputy director of the Tianhe District Housing and Garden Bureau, introduced that the financial city start-up area plans 41 commercial plots for sale, and has successfully transferred 30 cases, with a land area of 316,000 square meters, a planned gross floor area of 2,682,800 square meters, 11 unsold plots, a land area of 115,000 square meters, a planned gross floor area of 1,323,400 square meters, and a collective property gross floor area of 379,700 square meters.

At present, the villagers' rehabilitation houses in Tangxia Xinxu have been completed and relocated, and the collective properties of Tangxia, Shidong and Chebei have been comprehensively promoted; Greenland Center, Poly Financial Daduhui Apartment, Poly Financial Daduhui Office Building has been accepted and put into use below 120 meters, a total of 245,000 square meters; Ping An Fortune Building project has completed the completion and acceptance of the record, Huijin Center, Guangzhou Financial Holding Headquarters Building, Southern Finance building, Yuexiu Financial City, City Investment AT090955, AT090958, AT090960 plot, The main structure of 8 projects, including the Financial City Transportation Hub, has been capped, totaling 968,000 square meters, and is expected to be put into use from the end of this year to 2024.
