In the absence of authoritative agency detection and official notification, the driver directly took Tesla's "brake failure" as a factual publicity, and at the same time added its registered Two-dimensional Code of Shenzhou Driving and Micro Driving Platform on the billboard, causing netizens to misunderstand that the official driving platform has determined that Tesla's "brake failure" has caused a serious adverse impact on Tesla's brand reputation, and thus filed a lawsuit against the driver.
