In order to thoroughly implement the decision-making and deployment of the "second half" of the two reforms, on February 11, the Jiange County Health and Health Bureau held a meeting to promote the construction of the "County Medical and Health Sub-center". Wang Xiaoming, secretary of the party group and director of the bureau, attended the meeting and made a speech, and more than 20 people, including members of the bureau team, responsible persons of relevant units, and the main responsible persons of the Health Center of Yuanshan Town and Bailong Town Center attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the Yuanshan Town Center Health Center and the Bailong Town Center Health Center reported on the construction of the county medical and health sub-center, the existing difficulties and the next step.
The meeting pointed out that the construction of the county medical and health sub-center is related to the health and happiness of the masses on one side and the well-being of the people, which is the current key work of the health system in our county, and it is also a major opportunity for the high-quality development of medical and health undertakings in our county. Combined with the adjustment of towns and villages in our county and the layout of existing medical resources, it is planned to build the Yuanshan and Bailong town center health centers into county medical and health sub-centers. Our bureau will work together with the departments of establishment, human resources and social security, housing construction, and natural resources to ensure the protection of talent policies, construction land, construction funds, business guidance, etc., and strengthen the docking work with local party committees and governments to ensure the efficient promotion of the construction of "sub-centers".
The meeting requested that the two county medical and health sub-centers should attach great importance to it, take the initiative and make solid progress. In accordance with the construction standards, and combined with the local service population, geographical location and work base and other factors, accurate positioning, as soon as possible to complete the preparation of development planning. Reverse the construction schedule and arrange the process in order, accelerate the progress of project construction, further improve medical and health hardware, and consolidate the foundation for development. It is necessary to practice "internal skills", accelerate the improvement of medical service capabilities, and solidly promote the construction of special specialties and medical informatization. Do a good job in the training and introduction of backbone talents, strengthen cooperation with high-quality medical resources inside and outside the city, and comprehensively improve the level of medical and health services with wisdom and strength. Strengthen the construction of medical ethics and medical style, protect the life safety and physical health of the people on one side with practical actions, and strive to enhance the sense of gain, happiness and security of the broad masses of the people.
