The Jade Ya County project is a project acquired by Country Garden Shandong through mergers and acquisitions, and in January 2021, the project ushered in the centralized delivery of the second phase of the North District. On the eve of the acquisition of the project, it has been basically in a state of suspension, and our company quickly reversed the situation after obtaining it and resumed work in time to complete the collection of evidence, but there are still many owners who are skeptical about the quality of the house, and the inspection standards are extremely harsh.
In order to enhance the confidence of the owner, the delivery is smooth. Zhang Bingtao led the team to check the problems door by door, formulate the list of sales items and the details of closed accounts, and set the time limit for eliminating vacancies to deal with them comprehensively. Every evening, the project will organize a Nissin meeting, and all the management personnel of the participating units of the project will participate, which is equivalent to the "delivery sprint daily sales meeting".

"At that time, there was a family owner who expressed doubts about the pressure test of our plumbing pipes, and felt that the extremely cold weather in winter without pressure was to avoid responsibility, and put forward many 'doubts' before and after. Zhang Gong took us and related units to visit the owner's home once a day in the morning and once in the afternoon on time. The first is to respond to the progress of the previous day's appeal resolution, and the second is to communicate whether the owner has new needs. In the face of these 'demands', Zhang Bingtao visited and communicated on time twice a day, and those that could be solved were actively and properly and quickly resolved, and zhang Bingtao also made patient and meticulous explanations for unreasonable needs that could not be met. After more than a month of sincere communication and processing, the owner finally signed the repair form satisfactorily.

Solve project difficulties with the belief of victory
In August 2021, Zhang Bingtao was ordered to come to the Phoenix capital to support the project, which was also close to delivery, but the difference was that this time it was not the problem of the owner, but the power supply difficulties caused by the lack of external power supply.
In the original power supply plan, the Phoenix Capital project was at the end of the power supply of multiple projects, and the power supply of the project could be described as far away due to the delay in the construction of front-end power supply. If this problem is not resolved as soon as possible, then the acceptance and delivery of the project will be delayed, and the house will not be delivered to the owner on time.

First of all, according to the power supply scheme: the substation is on the easternmost side of all projects in Zhangma area, and our project plot is on the westernmost side, if we follow this power supply scheme, we will be the last to supply power. The initiative is not in his own hands, "if you want to do everything possible to solve the problem", Zhang Bingtao made up his mind when he took over this problem.
After clarifying the constraints, Zhang Bingtao and his team repeatedly communicated with the local power supply company and government departments to promote the commissioning of the new substation. Through the linkage design, the power supply company issued a new scheme adjustment instruction: from the end of the original power supply scheme to the beginning of the new substation. Gaining a foothold in technology and principles, Zhang Bingtao led the team to actively cooperate with all the formalities required by the power supply company to ensure the smooth issuance of approvals.
After a set of combined punches, the problem of power supply procedures for the project has been made a breakthrough. Subsequently, Zhang Bingtao quickly organized the construction unit to lay and install cable lines and electrical equipment, quickly accepted and connected to the grid, effectively promoted the progress of project development, and achieved the first power in all projects in the area.
