In the afternoon, the exhibition award ceremony was held in the multi-functional hall of Changning Culture and Arts Center, where many small authors who created lifelike "big tigers" gathered together to share their understanding and creative experience of traditional zodiac culture.

This exhibition designs three major sections of "traceability", "evolution" and "derivation", guiding children to understand how the image of "tiger" is gradually combined with the living habits of Chinese through book reading, querying materials, exploring practice and other means, integrating with scientific cognition and national culture, and eventually becoming an important symbol of the spiritual symbol of the Chinese nation, and then using artistic means to express the "tiger" with rich connotations. A total of more than 4,000 works were collected, and 374 selected works were selected, including graphic paintings, three-dimensional sculptures, videos, installations, intangible cultural heritage forms, etc., and finally 57 award-winning works were selected from them, and 50 online popularity award works were also selected through online voting.
At the award ceremony, Jiang Chenxing, who won the Excellence Award in the Middle School Group, spoke on the stage as the representative of the award. Since the first edition in 2010, the Zodiac Exhibition has been held for 13 consecutive years, and Jiang Chenxing is an "old player" who has participated in 11 times. He said: "When I first participated, I was still in kindergarten, and now I am in my second year of junior high school. What impressed him the most was the zodiac chicken sculpture he and his classmates completed together in 2017, "I made wings, you made the head, he did the body, and finally the combination worked very well, winning the grand prize that year." This year, Jiang Chenxing adopted the form of chromatic prints and created a small NianHu on his own. He said: "The zodiac exhibition can be said to have grown up with me, so I feel honored to have a strong interest in painting art and traditional culture, and let me experience cooperation, independent creation, as well as painting, sculpture, printmaking and many other forms of art creation." ”

Zhao Tianle, who also won the Excellence Award, was the first time to participate in the exhibition, and the work he brought was the work "Flying Tiger Strange Shoes" painted on the skateboard. Before deciding to participate, his knowledge of zodiac culture was limited to "12 small animals representing the year", and in the process of creating the exhibition, he heard more legends about the zodiac and saw more of the various tiger images in folk art. Choosing to create on skateboarding, Zhao Tianle explained: "I once wanted to learn skateboarding, and I felt that the look of stepping on it was particularly handsome, which is what we have been saying this year. Although skateboarding has not yet been learned, as soon as I mention the brush, I think that it is particularly compatible with the image of the tiger, and I can use the form of painting to 'realize a dream' for myself in advance. In order to create this "Flying Tiger Strange Shoes", Zhao Tianle also found many folk art patterns as references with the help of the art teacher, and finally borrowed the pattern of "tiger head shoes" that also stepped on the feet. He also creatively painted the tiger's two blushes as blue wheels, "the pulley representing the skateboard", so that the judges and the audience called "clever".
