Yang Jiankai, male, born in February 1954. A native of Nanzhuang Village, Yangjiaqiao Township, Pingshan County, Hebei Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, a college culture, and an assistant political engineer. He is now retired. He once served as the director of Yangjiaqiao Township Radio Station, the secretary of the Youth League Committee, the director of the Office of the Party Committee of Hebei Foundry, the deputy secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and a member of the Party Committee. He loves literature and enjoys poetry after retirement.
