Advantages: the conception time is relatively fast, the incidence of ectopic pregnancy is extremely low, because the process of the fertilized egg passing through the fallopian tube is omitted, so in all the current conception methods, the incidence of ectopic pregnancy is the lowest, disadvantages: the cost is higher than other conception methods, and it is necessary to go to the hospital many times to promote ovulation, egg retrieval and transplantation.
After explaining in detail to the patient's friend, the patient himself prefers natural conception after laparoscopy and uses IVF as an alternative after unsuccessful natural conception.
