According to the nomination of the Chairman Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Zhaotong Municipal People's Congress:
1. Dismiss Lu Shihua from the post of director of the Urban and Rural Construction Environmental Resources Protection Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the Zhaotong Municipal People's Congress;
2. Dismiss Chen Mingfu from his post as chairman of the Budget Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the Zhaotong Municipal People's Congress;
3. Remove Wang Yun from his post as chairman of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the Zhaotong Municipal People's Congress;
4. Remove Li Liangxue from his post as chairman of the Election liaison committee of the Standing Committee of the Zhaotong Municipal People's Congress;
5. Appoint Gao Kailin as the director of the Urban and Rural Construction Environment and Resources Protection Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the Zhaotong Municipal People's Congress;
6. Appoint Yuan Liangfu as the director of the Budget Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the Zhaotong Municipal People's Congress;
7. Appoint Xiong Guoping as chairman of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the Zhaotong Municipal People's Congress;
8. Appoint Wu Yanping as the director of the Election Liaison Committee of the Standing Committee of the Zhaotong Municipal People's Congress.

1. Removing Zhang Hanjun from his post as a procurator of the Zhaotong City People's Procuratorate;
