According to the official information, the memory upgrade service of the P40 series is currently only upgraded for the storage space of the mobile phone, and the memory upgrade service has not yet been launched. At present, the models available for upgrade include P40, P40 5G, and P40 Pro three models, the storage specification that supports the upgrade is 128G, the user can choose to upgrade to 256G, the minimum price is 559 yuan, and the motherboard enjoys a minimum 90-day warranty after the upgrade.
Huawei revealed that the mobile phone that needs to be upgraded for memory upgrade services must be officially genuine, selflessly dismantled, privately repaired, the motherboard is not broken, immersed in liquid, etc., if the mobile phone screen is broken, it needs to be repaired before it can participate in this service. However, in specific cases, the test results of the customer service center shall prevail.
The P40 series memory upgrade service will be active from February 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022, and more than 1,900 Huawei customer service centers in more than 300 cities across the country will provide this service. In addition, users can also participate through the way of repair.
