ESPN: United are interested in Leipzig winger Nkunku and Lonnick has recommended him

ESPN reported on February 14 that Manchester United are interested in Leipzig winger Nkunku, and Lonnick also recommended the French winger after coaching the team.

Nkunku came from the Paris Saint-Germain academy and moved to Leipzig in 2019, while Ronnick was still in Leipzig at the time. After taking over from Manchester United, Lonnick looked at the club's list of players and recommended Nkunku.

United's scouting department has been following Nkunku for a long time, and the all-rounder is capable of both flanks and attacking midfield positions. This season, Nkunku made 31 appearances for Leipzig, scoring 19 goals and having 13 assists. Numerous clubs including Manchester City, Real Madrid, Liverpool and Arsenal are interested in him.
