The International Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) announced on February 14 that it had completed hearings on the arbitration proceedings against Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva in the early hours of the same day.
Representatives from the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), the International Skating Union (ISU), the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA), the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC), and Vallieva herself attended the hearing.
The circular said that the International Court of Arbitration for Sport will issue a decision against Vallieva around 2 p.m. Beijing time on February 14.
