Zhongwan is an ancient Han Folk Art in China, originating in the Tang and Song Dynasties, and has a history of more than 1,000 years. In the early years, Nakahata was called "Great Governor Banner", also known as "Great Holding Style", which was used for honor guards, command, etc. of the army; later it spread to the people and evolved into the current Nakahata. Since the Qing Dynasty, Nakahata has been a must-have item for pilgrimage to the Buddha, celebrations and other walking events. The main trunk of the flag is a bamboo pole three meters long (more than 10 meters) long, and the top of the pole is hung with a flag, and the front of the flag is embroidered with blessing sentences and auspicious motifs, and the reverse side is sometimes embroidered with the name of the performance group.
Whenever the Spring Festival is celebrated, there are performances in the Song Teams around Chaoyang. Nakahata is divided into single training, double pair training and collective training, with more than 50 movements. Performers either top the hat on the forehead, or extend their arms to the tower, thrilling movements continue to be continuous, but they never leave the body, and the pole does not fall to the ground. More than ten meters high and weighing dozens of pounds, the middle banner flutters up and down in the hands, shoulders, brain doors, chins, necks and backs of the performers, alternately moving. For various reasons, Nakahata performances are now rarely seen, and only a few artists in the Chaoyang area still inherit this art.
On the 19th day of the first month, we were fortunate to see the wonderful Nakahata performance at the temple fair of the seven knots.
Look at the man in the dance, his expression is concentrated, and the thick pole with the bowl mouth flips out various tricks in his hand. The colorful wisps on it were flying, the bells were ringing, and he was immersed in his own world.
He dances not only that kind of elegance, he dances with an ancient culture, a primitive reverence, a historical inheritance. He is the embodiment of strength and self-confidence, the perfect combination of tradition and modernity.
He is performing, and the millennia of civilization flash in this performance; he is performing, and the hardships of the artists of the past generations flash through this performance; he is performing, and now the beautiful life flashes one by one in this performance.
Under the blue sky, the colors are particularly bright, and the footwork of the dancing banner is steady. He knows that he is lifting up the harvest man's admiration for heaven; he knows that he is lifting the cropper's expectation of a good year; he knows that he is lifting the cropper's life in full swing; he knows that he is lifting the cropper's tenacious and tenacious thoughts.
His banner plunged high into the blue sky, and he wanted to tell the wonderful things of the yellow earth to the clouds in the sky, to the birds that flew by in the wind. His heart was in the sky, and he and hata were planted with wings.
