In terms of leisure and entertainment, the precinct will also combine the characteristics of the rail station and the precinct to create a theme park, a movie town and a number of commercial complexes to meet the needs of residents for shopping, leisure, culture and entertainment.
At the same time, after the Phoenix Flower City complex with a construction area of about 60,000 square meters in the plate is put into use, it can also serve 250,000 people in Xingbei, Guankou, Xinglin Old Town and other areas.
Therefore, even without a subway, the "potential" of the Xingbei area should not be underestimated.
