The London 2022 World Stamp Exhibition ("London 2022"), sponsored by the International Philatelic Federation (FIP) and endorsed by the European Philatelic Federation, is scheduled to take place on 19-26 February at the Islington Business Design Centre in London. After receiving the FIP flag at the 2019 World Stamp Exhibition (Wuhan) Awards Ceremony in China, the World Exhibition was originally scheduled to be held in 2020. However, due to the impact of the global COVID-19 epidemic, it has been postponed to February 2022.

I. Overview of the Stamp Exhibition
According to the special rules of "London 2022", there will be exhibits in 13 categories, including tournaments, postal history, traditions, aviation, stamps, postal supplies, features, philatelic documents, open, one-frame, modern, picture postcards, and teenagers. According to the list of exhibits released by the official website of "London 2022", it is planned to exhibit 588 philatelic collections (totaling 3400 boxes) and 337 philatelic documents (including digital literature).

Due to the global epidemic situation, the All-China Philatelic Federation has no philatelic exhibits to exhibit, and only 8 philatelic documents are submitted to the exhibition (including 2 digital documents), the specific list is as follows——

According to the stamp exhibition briefing released by Frank Walton, chairman of the "London 2022" organizing committee, due to venue and time constraints, the stamp exhibition will be divided into two halves. The exhibition schedule of each category of exhibits is:
● February 19-22: Postal history, postal supplies, open, picture postcards, prints and youth exhibits were exhibited;
● 23-25 February: Traditional, aviation, thematic and championship exhibits on display (the award ceremony is scheduled to take place at 5:45 p.m. on May 25 at the Old Library of London City Hall);
● 26 February: Best exhibits in each category and "Three Awards" exhibits (the exhibition hall is the middle floor of The Islington Commercial Design Centre);
●One-box and modern exhibits: Exhibited together with exhibits of its corresponding categories.

IV. Commemorative stamps and postmarks
According to the latest issue of Stamp Collector magazine, a "David Gentleman Stamp" miniature sheet will be issued during "London 2022", containing six of the stamps David Gentleman has designed: The Year of national productivity (1962.11); Elizabethan sailing ships (1969.1); Oak (1973.2); coal mining (1976.4) The 900th Anniversary of the Battle of Hastings (October 1966); the Battle of Britain in 1940 (September 1965) —

V. Philatelic literature
The exhibited philatelic literature of "London 2022" consists of two parts:
● Printed literature (8A): philatelic books, catalogs, periodicals;
●Digital Literature (8B): E-books, websites, software.
Among them, printed (paper) documents are scored according to the "FIP Philatelic Documentation Special Rules for the Evaluation of Exhibits". In view of the fact that digital literature is not included in the current Dedicated Rules, the FIP Council has agreed to apply the following experimental scoring criteria for digital literature in London 2022:
