In the face of the severe situation of beijing-foreign associations and local confirmed cases in the city since January this year, the working committee of the district organs directly under the district has quickly organized the "raising the banner, brightening the identity, and the volunteer strength of party members and cadres sinking the community anti-epidemic action", and the majority of party members and cadres and workers in the Xicheng organs have transformed the "red wall awareness" into a high degree of political consciousness and action consciousness, leading the way and full of momentum, forming a vivid practice of "one branch and one flag, one party member and one star" in the frontline of the fight against the epidemic.

After the meeting of the District Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group on January 15 made the decision to sink the community by the cadres of the organs, the working committee immediately responded and quickly coordinated the forces of all parties, and in the early morning of January 16, all the sinking forces were completed to report to the designated location on the street.

The night of January 24 is a sleepless night. At 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening, 14 units of the district's direct organs received an urgent notice of chi aid to Fengtai.
"Implement now!" All units quickly assembled their teams and set up temporary party branches and youth commandos, and none of the units made demands or set difficulties. Some comrades live far away, and in order not to delay the assembly time, they immediately return to their units after receiving the notice late at night.
At 4:00 a.m., all 355 volunteers who had not slept all night completed their assembly, and at 4:30 a.m., they drove to the fengtai large-scale nucleic acid site. Immediately after arriving at the designated point, information registration, code scanning verification, and distribution of testing tubes... "Red Wall Awareness" cultivates the figures of party members and cadres of Xicheng organs, shining in the frontline of the fight against the epidemic in Fengtai District, contributing to the large-scale nucleic acid testing in Fengtai District, and embodying the mission of "Xicheng organ people" to unite as one city.
● Advance deployment, strengthen overall planning .
Such a fast response speed and such a large group of cadre volunteers have benefited from the "1+1+2+65+N" mechanism established by the working committee of the district direct organs.

On January 18, more than 2,800 volunteers from the reserve nucleic acid were urgently mobilized, and the number of people, fixed points and posts was determined. On January 25, on the basis of a comprehensive investigation and investigation, in line with the principle of "exhaustion", the nucleic acid volunteer force was once again accurately supplemented, except for those who were responsible for the Beijing Winter Olympics, the special class for epidemic prevention and control, the external service window, the guarantee of urban operation, serious illness and pregnant women, all of them were included in the list of nucleic acid volunteers, forming the largest volunteer team in the history of the district direct organ system. Volunteer forces are required to communicate 24 hours a day and be on call, laying the foundation for effective response to emergencies.
The working committee of the district direct organs also adopted the "prescription" work method (arranging nucleic acid forces and professional forces according to the needs of the streets), using reserve forces at the first time, and deploying people in place "only a lot more". It has urgently dispatched more than 560 people in 15 batches to supplement 6 streets such as Guangwai and Niujie, which has greatly improved the work efficiency of nucleic acid testing carried out by "pop-up personnel" in the jurisdiction, and won valuable time for "racing" with the virus.
