Recently, the District Finance Bureau issued the "Notice on Carrying out the Disclosure of Government Procurement Intentions", detailing the operation process of signing government procurement contracts and performing acceptance, effectively improving the transparency of government procurement, and strengthening the supervision of the "last mile" of government procurement.
Since January 1, 2022, our district has fully carried out the work of disclosing government procurement intentions, requiring all procurement units to disclose their procurement intentions, except for small and sporadic procurement such as agreement supply, fixed-point procurement, online shopping malls, as well as procurement projects and secret-related procurement projects that need to be carried out for unforeseen reasons, and other goods, projects and services within the centralized procurement catalog or above the procurement quota standard should disclose their procurement intentions. The time for disclosure of procurement intentions should be as early as possible, and in principle, no later than 30 days before the start of procurement activities.
