Reward 77 advanced collectives and 93 advanced individuals who have outstanding performance in the city's flood prevention and disaster relief work in 2021. Among them, 10 provincial-level awards for civil servants, 7 individual civil servants, 6 collectives of public institutions, and 5 individuals of public institutions are recommended; 57 advanced collectives of civil servants and 66 advanced individuals of civil servants are proposed to be rewarded at the municipal level, 4 collectives of public institutions and other units, and 15 individuals of public institutions.
Three comrades, Lu Yanping, Duan Xueya and Zhu Jiannan, who have performed prominently in the prevention and control of the epidemic, will be given personal credit.
For the municipal development and reform commission and other outstanding performance in the service of the city's key projects, 8 units are credited with collective second-class merit, and 13 comrades such as Dong Lan are credited with individual second-class merit.
The Municipal Public Security Bureau, which has outstanding performance in serving the whole city center, is credited with collective second-class merit.

The Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau and the Huaiyang District Government, which have outstanding performance in the land application and approval work, will be commended.
The Zhoukou Radio and Television Station, which has performed outstanding performance in external propaganda work, was credited with meritorious service, and 11 comrades, including Du Guangguang, were personally commended.
