Recently, the Shunyi District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has continued to carry out a major inspection of food safety in the catering industry, and the results of the recent inspection are now publicized.
After investigation, 19 catering enterprises, such as Beijing KFC Co., Ltd. Shunyi Mapo Restaurant, Beijing Chengtianjia Catering Management Co., Ltd., and Beijing Hongfu Juyuan Commercial and Trade Center, mainly have problems such as processing and production staff dressed untidy and not wearing hair hats; no employee morning inspection and employee training records are seen in the store; and personnel who have not obtained health certificates are arranged to engage in work that comes into contact with directly imported food.
According to the inspection results, law enforcement officers issued warnings and penalties to 7 catering enterprises and ordered corrections to the remaining 12 enterprises. Up to now, 19 catering enterprises have completed rectification of related problems.
