Acute cerebral infarction of the hind limbs of the right internal capsule, bilateral paraventricular and left-sided bean-like nuclear lacunar cerebral infarction.
The interventional vascular department has made preoperative preparations, and the stroke team immediately performed thrombolytic surgery on Aunt Wang.
After the operation, Aunt Wang's consciousness changed from drowsiness to lucidity, her speech was clear, and her left limb moved freely.
The next day, on the morning of February 9, Mr. Zhang, 42, suddenly became unconscious.
