Tian Tao, deputy to the State People's Congress: The state party committee and the state government proposed that Xingyi Yilong build a "one super three centers" and a "new material industry agglomeration area", which is very strategic and forward-looking, and we actively implement the work requirements and goals put forward by Secretary Wenxin during the discussion of the Xingyi delegation in accordance with the requirements of high-quality development, adhere to the construction of open platforms, adhere to the main line of grasping projects, and adhere to investment promotion as economic empowerment. In the past year, it should be said that a lot of achievements have been made, we can use several specific figures to say, one is that our economic growth has maintained a growth rate of about 9.5%, higher than the average growth level of the whole state, and the total economic volume has reached 55 billion yuan; the second is that our fixed asset investment has maintained a state-leading growth rate for a long time; third, our business environment assessment, in the investment index and business environment evaluation, have both entered the top five of the province, which is the only county and city in the province. What is more gratifying is that the "new material industry agglomeration area" has made a major breakthrough, the lithium battery industry chain led by Zhenhua New Materials has begun to take shape, and it is particularly exciting that Yilong's Zhenhua New Materials has been successfully listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and it is the second private enterprise in Guizhou to be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

In Zhengtun waste incineration power generation, our Juxin industry and trade is 1 million tons of scrap steel recycling, as well as our Pengsheng Paper 1.2 million tons of waste paper recycling, our current Southwest Zinc industry is also 100,000 tons of zinc smelting recycling, as well as the high-energy environmental protection industrial park we introduced to the listed company high-energy environmental protection next step to invest in, and then we and Zhengwei international cooperation in the comprehensive utilization of recycled copper, and now we are still planning to build a vein industrial park in Xingyi Yilong.
